Take a bowl and add all the ingredients such as Greek yoghurt, oil, salt, lemon juice, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder and onion cubes. Separate the layers of the onion cubes. Give the ingredients a mix and then add the chicken pieces. Coat them well in this mixture. Let the chicken marinate for 4 hours.
Line the chicken and onion layers alternatively on a skewer. Glaze the grill pan with oil and then place the skewers. Preheat the oven to 240-degree Celsius. Grill the kebab for 15 to 20 minutes. Flip them and grill for another 15-20 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, you can spread some oil on the kebab.
