What is Hariyali Fish Tikka?
Hariyali Fish Tikka is a modified version of the conventional recipe. A popular grilled fish, Hariyali fish tikka is prepared using fish pieces that are marinated in a mixture of flavourful spices and herbs and then grilled until golden.
Origin of Fish Hariyali
An Indian speciality, the Hariyali fish tikka belongs to the Maharashtra region. The word ‘Hariyali’ refers to a green colour that is an outcome of various herbs used in the marinade. The use of basil makes this fish item a delicacy with a refreshingly distinct flavour, along with the use of green chillies and white pepper.
