- 100 gms Himalayan Trout
For the Marinade
- 2 gms Crushed Coriander Seeds
- Half tsp Red Chili Flakes
- Half tsp Lemon Rind
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- Salt - to taste
For the Sauce
- 2-3 tbsp Mustard Oil
- Half tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 cup Diced onions
- Half cup Chopped Coriander
- Half tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt - to taste
- 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes

Instructions
- In a bowl, add cleaned and washed trout, salt, crushed coriander seeds, chili flakes, lemon rind, lemon juice and mustard oil.
- Rub the marinade all over the fish and keep it aside for about 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated fish. Cook on both sides on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Now, for preparing the sauce, heat oil in a pan.
- Add the mustard seeds and chopped onions and tomatoes into the pan, and sauté till it turns light brown. Add some water to make the sauce.
- Remove the pan from fire, and add the coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt, and mix it well.
- Pour the sauce over the fish and serve it hot with rice.
