Ingredients

- 1 packed Licious Amritsari Fish cooked
- 5 flour tortillas
- 1/2 small cabbage chopped
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1/2 bunch Coriander stalks removed, chopped
- 1 lime cut into wedges
Dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce/any hot sauce

Instructions
- Cook Licious Amritsari Fish according to instructions and keep aside.
- Toast flour tortillas and keep aside. Chop all of the required vegetables.
- Put in all of the ingredients required for the dressing in a bowl and whisk until well-blended.
- To assemble: Start with pieces of fish then add remaining ingredients finishing with a generous coating of the dressing. Serve with a slice of lime to be squeezed over the tacos.
