- 8 skin-on bone-in chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ⅓ cup Soy Sauce
- 2½ tbsp Sugar
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 chilli pepper slit and deseeded

- Add all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil on a high flame. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove the foam that rises to the surface. After 20 minutes, increase the heat and keep turning the drumsticks frequently in the sauce. Cook until the sauce reduces and turns into a sticky glaze.
- Remove the drumsticks on a serving plate and pour the glaze on top. Serve hot as it is or with a bowl of rice or noodles.
