- ¼ cup soy sauce low sodium
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger fresh minced
- 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cilantro or parsley chopped

- Take a small bowl and add soy sauce, honey, olive oil, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, garlic and ginger. Mix the ingredients. Take a tray and add the chicken drumsticks to it. Pour over the marinade. Flip the drumsticks so that they absorb the marinade from all sides. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 190-degree Celsius. Place the chicken pieces in the baking dish. Pour over the marinade. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes. Then baste the chicken with the marinade and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro. Rest it for 5 minutes and then serve.
