Take a blender and add sliced onion, garlic cloves and mint leaves to it. Pulse it for 30 seconds. Do not blend it into a fine paste. Transfer this mix to a large bowl and add the minced goat meat to it. Now, add the red chilli powder, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper for taste. Then, add finely chopped parsley to the bowl. Use your hands to combine the ingredients well.
Transfer the kebab mixture to the blender in portions. Now, pulse it for 10 seconds. Do the same for the rest of the mixture. Once it's adequately minced, add it to the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Take large metal skewers and mould the kebab mixture on them in a cylindrical pattern. Now, grill the kebabs on a barbeque. Make sure to light up the coal beforehand. Place the moulded kebab skewers on the barbeque and grill them evenly for 10 minutes.
Once the kebab is cooked well, remove It from the skewers. Serve it hot with Maida roti and mint chutney.
