- 1 kg of Licious Chicken Curry Cut
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 3 tsp green chillies crushed
- 2 tsp garlic crushed
- 2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt as required
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp browned copra powder
- Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped

- Heat a pan and add oil. Once hot, add onions and salt. Fry till the onions turn golden in colour.
- Add garlic and green chillies and saute for about a minute.
- Add turmeric, red chilli and garam masala powders. Cook them well for about 2-3 minutes
- Add the chicken and saute all the ingredients properly for 2 minutes.
- Cover the pan with a lid and allow the chicken to cook for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and add little water. Mix well and cover again to cook for about 12 minutes or till the chicken is cooked well.
- Add the tomatoes and allow to cook for 5 more minutes.
- Add the browned copra powder, mix well and turn off the flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
