- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp butter

- Cut the lemon into halves. Juice one half and thinly slice the other.
- Make sure your mahi mahi fish is dry (pat it dry with a paper towel). Add your seasoning: a teaspoon of salt and some pepper.
- Heat up your olive oil in a pan or skillet on medium flame. Once the oil starts to smoke, gently place the mahi mahi in the pan, and sear the first side until it s cooked halfway (for about four minutes). Turn the fillet around and continue searing the fish until the flesh begins to flake, for two-three minutes more. Set your fish aside once done.
