- 1 kg Licious Chicken Curry Cut
- 1 cup Yoghurt whisked
- cup ½ghee
- 1 cup ⅓chopped onions
- 3 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 5 tbsp chopped ginger
- 6 deseeded and chopped chillies
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp roasted kasoori methi
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- Salt - to taste

FOR WHOLE GARAM MASALA:

- In a large bowl, whisk the yoghurt. Add salt, and then leave the Licious curry-cut chicken pieces in the marinade for a minimum of 30-minutes.
- In a pressure cooker, add ghee and heat; then add whole garam masala.
- Over medium heat, sauté until the whole spices crackle and release their aroma.
- Next, add onions and sauté till they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger, chopped garlic, and green chillies and then stir for 2 minutes.
- Dissolve coriander powder, turmeric, and red chilli powder in 4 tbsp of water and add.
- After stirring for 30 seconds, add chopped tomatoes. Fry till the oil separates from the masala.
- Add the marinade and the marinated chicken, and 4 cups of water.
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Simmer till the chicken gets cooked, and the oil begins to separate from the masala once again.
- Adjust the seasoning.
- Sprinkle in ginger juliennes, roasted fenugreek, and coriander and cover with a lid.
- Serve it with steamed rice after letting the recipe rest for 5-10 minutes.
