- 250 grams Licious Mutton Keema
- 4 gram tbspflour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 egg
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 2 chopped green chillies
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- ¼ cup of water
- Oil – For Frying

- Add the ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, egg, onion, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, gram flour and salt.
- Add a little water at a time to make a thick batter. Mix in the keema.
- Heat oil in a deep wok to the right temperature.
- Drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil.
- Deep fry for 10 to 12 minutes on medium heat until crisp.
- Remove from the oil and place the portions on a napkin or absorbent paper.
