- ½ tbsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tbsp Garam masala powder
- 1½ cup wheat flour
- Salt as per taste
- ½ tbsp garlic
- ½ tbsp coriander powder
- 2 Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- ½ cup water
- ¼ tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 Chopped Green Chilli
- 3 tsp ghee

- Add all the spices, meat, ginger, and garlic & salt into a pan. Add water and cook them properly.
- Continue cooking till they are tender.
- On the side, make a dough by mixing wheat flour with salt, ghee and water.
- Make small balls from the dough as per your requirement.
- Make a dip in the middle very gently and stuff a portion of mutton keema stuffing inside.
- Seal the dough well with your fingers and press gently.
- Roll out the dough like roti and roast on the pan.
