- 150 gm Mutton Mince
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 1 1/2 handful coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 1/2 gram teaspoons blackflour sattu
- 1 1/2 pinch Asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 100 gm chana dal
- 2 tablespoon Gram Flour besan
- 1/6 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 3 Green Chilli
- 1 1/2 tablespoon onion
- 200 ml sunflower oil
- 1 1/2 handful curry leaves
- 1/3 tablespoon Ginger Paste
- 1/3 cup water

- Add chana dal, saunf, green chillies, and cumin seeds in a large bowl.
- Add 1/3 cup of water to a bowl and soak the dal for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, drain and grind the daal into a thick paste. Take the minced meat and grind it as well to convert it into a thick paste. Add two tablespoons of gram flour, 1 1/2 pinch of asafoetida, and 1/6 teaspoon of garam masala powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl, add some curry leaves, 1 1/2 tablespoon onion, coriander leaves, 1/3 tablespoon ginger paste and salt as per taste.
- Mix all of these to form small balls. Flatten these balls and turn them into the shape of the vadai.
- Heat the oil on a medium flame. Fry the mutton vadai until it turns golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve hot with red or green chutney.
