- 6 Licious Classic Eggs
- 2 Medium onions finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato finely chopped
- 1 medium potato finely chopped
- 3 green chillies deseeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp cream
- 4 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp salt

- Take a frying pan and heat ghee in it.
- Once heated, add the chopped onions and potatoes. Keep stirring.
- Once the onions turn translucent, proceed further.
- Take a bowl and crack the eggs in it. Add cream and salt. Whisk it well.
- Now, go back to the pan. Add the tomatoes and green chillies once you think the onions are cooked.
- Mix them all well. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan very slowly. Do that on low flame.
- Once you see the eggs have started cooking, stir them well.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes. Do not overcook the eggs. Classic Akoori is runny and gooey, so make sure you get this consistency. Serve hot!
