- 250 g Licious Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp each of garlic/ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt - to taste

For the marinade:

- In a clean bowl, mix all ingredients for marination.
- Add chicken pieces to the mixture and keep it aside for some time. Let it rest for a good 20-30 minutes.
- Break the eggs into a clean bowl. Add red chilli powder to the eggs. Whisk all of it together.
- In a pan, heat the oil on a medium flame.
- Dip the marinated chicken in the breadcrumbs and then the egg mixture.
- Deep fry it until cooked through. For the best experience, serve hot. You can serve it with a dip or chutney.
