Pre-cooking Prep:
- Remove the meat from the packet and place it in a bowl. Toss and massage the meat to refresh the marinade.
Pan-Fry on the Hob (20 minutes)
- Heat two tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Spread out the pieces of chicken on the surface of the pan let them sear on both sides, flipping occasionally.
- Sprinkle water into the pan to retain the moisture and put a lid on to prevent the moisture from escaping.
- Remove the lid and cook the chicken on medium to high heat, until most of the water has evaporated.
Baking in an Oven (20-30 minutes)
- Warm the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius or gas mark 4.
- Heat up a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium flame.
- Place the chicken pieces for half minute on each side, turn it over and allow the other side to brown.
- Transfer the pieces from pan into a baking tray and cook it in the oven.
- When cooked through, remove the tray out of the oven. Place the chicken pieces in a serving dish.

- Once cooked allow the meat to rest for about 5 minutes before serving it.
