Take a bowl and add prawns, smoked paprika, mayonnaise, lemon juice and shallot. Season the ingredients with salt and pepper and mix them.
Heat the Sandwich griller and place slices of bread on it. Grill for 1-2 minutes. Then spread the prawns’ mixture, slices of tomato and grated cheddar on the bread slices. Place the other slices to cover the sandwich. Close the lid and let the sandwich grill for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot with ketchup or any dip.
