- 2 Boneless Chicken Breast. boiled and chopped
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 Medium potatoes boiled and diced
- 2 medium tomatoes seeded and diced
- 6 leaves medium Lettuce chilled
- ¾ cups Mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
- ½ cup sour cream

- Peel the eggs and cut them lengthways into slices. Take a bowl and line it with lettuce leaves. Then add the chopped onions, potatoes, sliced onions and chicken pieces.
- Take a small bowl and add mayonnaise, salt pepper and sour cream to it. Mix the ingredients.
- Add the dressing to the salad bowl and mix the ingredients well. Add the tomatoes on top. Cover the bowl with a cling film and refrigerate the salad for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.

If required, you can sauté and cook the chicken in a pan with a little olive oil instead of boiling it.
