- Heat a frying pan over low to medium heat.
- In a bowl, crack the three eggs.
- Add salt and pepper and a tbsp of milk.
- Beat with a fork or a whisk till nice and frothy.
- Add the butter or the oil once the frying pan is hot.
- Let the butter melt, add the cumin seeds, onions, and bell peppers, and fry for a minute.
- Add in the salami pieces, and fry for around a minute or so.
- Add the beaten eggs and spread them evenly around the pan.
- Once the omelette begins to hold form but still has some liquid on top, grate the cheese directly onto the omelette.
- Cook for about a minute or till it begins to turn golden brown from underneath.
- Loosen up the edges and fold the cooked omelette into half.
- Place onto a serving plate and serve with toasted bread slices. Enjoy!
