“Because it is a coconut-based and mildly spiced curry. You can use vegetables like pumpkin, drumsticks, radish, turnips, cauliflower, and so on to make lonvas. The best way to connect with my elders in the family is by preparing this flawsome dish with its awesome aroma which has no flaws at all. The elders just love to enjoy this dish with rice. It is a tradition to prepare this dish in an East Indian Home.”

Ingredients
- ½ kg mutton
- ¼ kg White Pumpkin peel, cut into pieces, wash
- 8 cloves garlic crushed
- ½ coconut extract the milk
- 2 tbsp Bottle Masala
- Tamarind to taste
- Salt - to taste
- 2 tbsp ghee

Instructions
- Cut the meat into pieces, wash, cook it with a little water and salt.
- In a vessel heat 2 tablespoons ghee, fry the crushed garlic but do not brown it. Add the Bottle Masala, fry for a few minutes.
- Add the pumpkin and stock from the cooked meat. When the pumpkin is cooked, add the coconut milk, salt and the tamarind pulp. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed Rice.
