Warm buttery pav, served with a tangy chicken spread, sprinkled with chopped onion and fresh coriander that adds sharp desi flavours to your plate!
Instructions
Slice the Maska bun / Pav in to two and spread the softened butter.
Place the buns on to a pan and brown them if you like them crisp.
In a bowl, add Chunky Sweet tamarind Chicken Spread , chopped onions, coriander leaves and squeeze in some lemon. Mix well.
Spread the yummy mix evenly on the pav.
