- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chopped red chilli (or as per taste)
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 cans cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves (washed and dried)
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 1 kg Licious Tilapia Fillets (marinated with salt and pepper)

- Steps to prepare this Seafood Recipe:
- Take a large pan with a lid and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Add 1 tsp garlic and the onion and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add the chopped red chilli and rosemary.
- Stir the ingredients until the onions are translucent.
- Add tomatoes with their juice followed by the cannellini beans. Cover with a lid and let it simmer.
- Take another pan and put it on medium-high heat.
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp garlic.
- Add the marinated fish fillets and carefully cook the pieces till they are golden brown on each side. Do not over-cook.
- Once the fillets are prepared, add spinach to the pot of beans and tomatoes. Stir well and cover the lid for 2 minutes to get the spinach wilted.
- Serve the cannellini beans mixture and top the bowls with a fish portion.
- Garnish with lemon juice and fresh herbs as per taste.
